The Materials are protected by intellectual property laws. All such rights are reserved. You may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from any Materials on our website.

Except as provided in these Terms and Conditions of Website Use, the use of this Site does not grant you any rights, title, interest, or license to any Materials you may access on this Site. You are entitled to use the Materials on the Site for the sole purpose of use of the Site, and you may not use the Materials for any other purpose not connected with your enjoyment of the Site.
