Pisco Punch
60 ml of Rompe Mar Pisco - 60 ml of pineapple juice - 15 ml of lemon juice - 15 ml of orange juice - 15 ml of simple syrup - Champagne - Mint leaves - An orange peel - 3 to 4 cloves
First, crush the cloves and put them into a shaker. Add the pisco, pineapple juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and 3 to 4 ice cubes. Shake firmly for 10 seconds and after, pour the mix through a strainer into a highball glass filled with ice. Add champagne to fill and last, squeeze the orange peel onto the glass rim and adorn with the mint leaves.
Pisco Sour
60 ml of Rompe Mar Pisco - 1 egg white
30 ml of lime juice - 30 ml of simple syrup - Angostura
Place the pisco, egg white, lime juice, and simple syrup into a shaker and shake firmly. Add ice and shake again. Pour into an Old Fashioned glass through a strainer. Sprinkle a few drops of Angostura bitters on the foamy top.
Chilcano
60 ml of Rompe Mar Pisco - 30 ml of ginger concentrate - Mineral water - A lemon
Fill a highball glass with ice, pour the pisco and ginger concentrate. Add a lemon slice, top with mineral water. Place a lemon zest and stir gently.
Pisco Negroni
30 ml of Rompe Mar Pisco
30 ml of Campari
30 ml of red vermouth
An orange slice
A large ice cube
Add the pisco, Campari, and vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled. Pour through a strainer into an Old-Fashioned glass over the ice cube. Garnish with the orange slice.
Capitán
60 ml of Rompe Mar Pisco
60 ml of red vermouth
Ice cubes
Place all the ingredients into a shaker and shake firmly for 10 seconds. Pour the mix into a martini glass through a strainer.
Marbella
60 ml of Rompe Mar Pisco
60 ml of dry rosé
30 ml of Chartreuse
Mineral water
A lemon slice
Fill a balloon glass with ice. Add the rosé, chartreuse and rose liqueur. Top with mineral water. Add the lemon slice and garnish with the zest.
