A spirit designed to stand alone
We set out to craft a pisco that would perform in cocktails. That was the starting point.
But along the way, we realised something: the blend stood on its own. The structure from the Quebranta grapes and the natural lift from Italia grapes created a balance that didn't need citrus or sugar to shine.
Rompe Mar was built to make an exceptional Pisco Sour - but it was equally compelling poured straight into a glass.
Neat, it shows texture, subtle salinity, and a clean finish. On ice, it opens slightly and softens without losing its edge.
For something unexpected, pair it with black olives lightly dipped in brown sugar. The contrast between salt, sweetness and grape distillate works naturally.
No garnish required. Just the spirit.
