THE SPIRIT
Rompe Mar offers something unique: purity.
Made from nothing but fermented grape juice, it is distilled and bottled at proof, meaning no water is added during distillation.
It contains no added sugar, added sugar or sulfites. We distill in our 400L still, sticking to a small-batch tradition.

The result is a spirit that speaks to today's drinkers : clean, authentic, and transparent in how it is made.
Our blend brings the balance every great sour demands. Bright citrus lift, structure and depth.
But it's also designed to stand on its own. Neat, or on ice.
THE BLEND
Rompe Mar is a fine blend of Italia and Quebranta grapes.
The Italia grapes provide aromatic lift, citrus notes, and subtle salinity, while the Quebranta ads structure, and tropical fruit notes. The result is a round and smooth sipping experience.

Along Peru's coast, the cold Humboldt current shapes the vineyards, while inland, Andean glacier water nourishes them. Between these two forces, a singular character takes place.
Rompe Mar is born from this meeting, a balance of freshness and depth, where ocean air meets mountain purity.
